New Hero Glamour X 125 Design and Styling

From the leaked images, the Glamour X 125 gets subtle styling updates over the standard Glamour. It carries new body graphics, refreshed colour schemes, and a new emblem on the fuel tank to highlight the “X” branding. While the overall silhouette remains familiar, these changes give the motorcycle a slightly sportier and more premium appeal. An LED headlamp is also part of the package, along with minor tweaks to the body panels.

New Hero Glamour X 125 Features and Technology

The biggest talking point of the Glamour X 125 is the addition of cruise control, a feature unheard of in this segment. This will make it the first Hero motorcycle – and the first commuter bike in India – to offer the convenience of maintaining constant speed on longer rides. Another highlight is the new fully digital colour TFT display, similar to the one seen on the Hero Xtreme 250.

The instrument cluster will show detailed ride information and will be paired with new switchgear. The right-hand side will house the start-stop switch and cruise control button, while the left will feature controls for the display and the three riding modes – Eco, Road, and Power. Hero has also included a small under-seat storage space, useful for keeping documents or small items.

Powering the Glamour X 125 will be the same 124.7 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that develops 10.7 bhp and 10.6 Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. While the performance figures remain unchanged, the inclusion of riding modes should give riders flexibility in balancing fuel efficiency and responsiveness. Mileage is expected to be in the range of 55–60 kmpl, depending on riding conditions.

New Hero Glamour X 125 Price and Rivals

The Hero Glamour X 125 price is likely to fall between ₹95,000 and ₹1 lakh (ex-showroom), making it slightly more expensive than the standard Glamour but justified by the additional features. Once launched, it will compete with the TVS Raider 125 and Honda CB125 Hornet, both popular names in the sporty commuter space.

With modern features like cruise control and TFT display, the Glamour X 125 looks set to redefine expectations in the 125cc commuter motorcycle segment.
