Hyundai August 2025 Sales Report: Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) reported a strong sales performance in August 2025, with a total of 60,501 units sold. The tally includes 44,001 units in the domestic market and 16,500 units exported to international markets.

The 21% year-on-year growth in exports underlines India’s role as a key manufacturing and export hub for Hyundai globally. Between January and August 2025, the company has shipped over 1.18 lakh vehicles worldwide, reinforcing its commitment to the “Make in India” initiative.

Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and COO of HMIL, highlighted India’s emergence as Hyundai’s largest export hub outside South Korea. He noted that this strong performance in 2025 reflects the success of the company’s export-focused strategy. Hyundai plans to build on this momentum during the upcoming festive season with new model launches.
Upcoming Third-Gen Hyundai Venue

Among the highlights for Hyundai’s near-future lineup is the third-generation Venue. While the compact SUV is expected to maintain its current size, the design will take a clear departure from the outgoing model. The front fascia draws inspiration from larger SUVs like the Creta and Alcazar, featuring vertically stacked headlamps, a redesigned grille, and new DRLs. The body will receive subtle panel tweaks, new alloy wheels, and a restyled rear bumper with updated tail lamps and a spoiler.
