Hyundai has introduced a new Pro Pack for its compact SUV, the Exter, with prices starting from Rs 7.98 lakh (ex-showroom). The Hyundai Exter Pro Pack is an accessory package available on the S+ trim onwards and costs an additional Rs 5,000 over the base trim.

Design and Exterior Updates
The Exter Pro Pack adds subtle cosmetic upgrades that enhance the SUV’s rugged appeal. It features more prominent wheel arch cladding and a new side sill garnish. A fresh Titan Grey Matte colour option is now offered exclusively with the Pro Pack, giving the SUV a slightly bolder look on the road.

On the inside, Hyundai has added a dashcam to the SX(O) AMT trim, a feature previously reserved for higher trims like SX Tech and SX Connect. Beyond this, the cabin and overall layout remain largely unchanged, focusing on practicality and convenience.

Engine and Performance
The Hyundai Exter continues to be powered by a 1.2-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 83hp and 114Nm of torque. Buyers can choose between a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT gearbox. For those interested in CNG, the 1.2-litre engine delivers 69hp and 95.2Nm and comes paired exclusively with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The CNG variant features a dual-cylinder tank setup.
Mileage and Efficiency
The petrol engine offers competitive mileage for its segment, while the CNG version focuses on cost-efficient city commuting, making it a practical choice for urban buyers.
Hyundai Exter Pro Pack Price and Availability
The Hyundai Exter Pro Pack is priced at Rs 7.98 lakh for the S+ trim onwards, with the regular S+ manual trim starting at Rs 7.93 lakh. Other base trims, including EX, EX(O), S Smart, and S, are not eligible for the Pro Pack.
The Hyundai Exter Pro Pack is a small but meaningful upgrade, offering buyers extra style and convenience without altering the SUV’s core practicality or performance.
