MG Cyberster Launched: MG Motor has officially launched its much-awaited electric sportscar, the Cyberster, in India. The two-door convertible joins the brand’s premium lineup under the MG Select dealership network and will be sold alongside the recently introduced M9 electric MPV.

MG Cyberster Design

The MG Cyberster blends modern EV performance with the charm of a classic roadster. Inspired by the iconic MGB Roadster, the design stands out with sharp lines, an open-top profile, and eye-catching scissor doors. The aerodynamic body is paired with a sleek stance and a drag coefficient of just 0.269 Cd, adding to its sporty presence.
MG Cyberster Engine
Under the hood, or rather under the floor, the Cyberster comes powered by twin electric motors delivering 510 PS and 725 Nm of torque, with all-wheel drive (AWD). The result is a 0–100 kmph time of just 3.2 seconds. It gets a 77 kWh battery pack, which promises a claimed range of 580 km (MIDC) — suitable for daily use and occasional long drives.

MG Cyberster Interior

Inside, the cabin is premium and tech-loaded. You get a triple-screen setup, Bose sound system, vegan leather with suede trim, and even regenerative braking paddles. MG has also equipped the Cyberster with ADAS Level 2, real-time driver monitoring, and high structural safety.
MG Cyberster Launched Price
The MG Cyberster price in India starts at ₹72.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for early bookings, going up to ₹74.99 lakh for new orders. It comes with a portable charger, wall box unit, and a lifetime battery warranty for the first owner. Deliveries begin on August 10, 2025 across 13 cities via MG Select dealerships.
