1. New Maruti Suzuki Arena SUV – September 3
Maruti Suzuki will finally bring an all-new midsize SUV to its Arena lineup. Internally codenamed Y17, this SUV is expected to be called the Victoris when it goes on sale. It will be positioned below the Grand Vitara and will take on the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos.
Design-wise, spy shots suggest an e-Vitara-inspired look, with a bold front grille, muscular wheel arches, and a fresh interior layout. The cabin is expected to feature a large touchscreen infotainment system, connected car tech, and multiple airbags.
Under the hood, the Victoris is likely to share its powertrains with the Grand Vitara. This means a 103hp, 1.5-litre mild-hybrid and a 116hp strong-hybrid option will be on offer, paired with manual and automatic gearboxes. A CNG variant could also be introduced later. Pricing is expected to start around ₹10 lakh.
2. Citroen Basalt X – September 5
Citroen will expand its Basalt lineup with a new X variant. This trim will feature cosmetic and equipment upgrades like new bronze accents, patterned dashboard trim, and a dual-tone black-and-tan interior. A 360-degree camera could also be part of the package. Mechanically, it remains unchanged from the standard Basalt, which means it will continue with the existing petrol engine options.

4. VinFast VF 6 – September 6
Joining the VF7 is the smaller VinFast VF 6. It packs a 204hp FWD motor and a 59.6kWh battery, offering a range of 480km. The VF6 carries over most features from its bigger sibling, including connected tech, ADAS, and a panoramic glass roof. Pricing should fall between ₹20 lakh and ₹25 lakh.
3. VinFast VF 7 – September 6
VinFast is finally launching the VF 7 electric SUV in India. Measuring 4.5 metres, the VF7 will be available in 204hp FWD and 350hp AWD versions. It gets a 70.8kWh LFP battery, supporting CCS2 DC fast charging, and offers up to 450km of range (WLTP). Inside, expect premium features like a 12.9-inch touchscreen, ventilated seats, Level 2 ADAS, and seven airbags. Prices are likely to start near ₹30 lakh.
5. Volvo EX30 – Mid-September
The Volvo EX30 will be the brand’s first ground-up EV in India. Powered by a 69kWh battery and a 272hp motor, it claims a 480km range. The cabin uses recycled materials and is dominated by a 12.3-inch central screen. Expected price: around ₹50 lakh.
