Tata Motors is gearing up to expand its SUV lineup with three exciting new models set to arrive between 2026 and 2027. With the growing demand for premium SUVs in India, Tata Motors is preparing to make a bold statement through modern design, advanced features, and powerful engine options.

1. Tata Avinya – Born Electric SUV
The much-anticipated Tata Avinya will be the company’s first born-electric SUV, built on Tata’s new Gen 3 EV architecture. With a futuristic design and minimalist interiors, the Avinya promises a premium cabin with advanced connected tech and long driving range. Expected to launch in 2027, the Avinya will be manufactured at Tata’s Sanand plant, with prices estimated around ₹30–35 lakh.
2. Tata Avinya X – The Futuristic Coupe SUV
At the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo, Tata showcased the Avinya X, a coupe-styled SUV based on JLR’s EMA platform. Slated for late 2027, it will offer multiple battery options, 500+ km driving range, fast-charging support, and a Level 2 ADAS suite for enhanced safety. With a price tag expected between ₹35–40 lakh, the Avinya X will be one of Tata’s most premium electric SUVs yet.

3. Tata Sierra 2026 – A Legendary Comeback
The Tata Sierra is returning to Indian roads in both electric and ICE versions. Taking inspiration from its 90s classic design, the new Sierra features a boxy stance, bold proportions, and a modern LED lighting setup. The EV version is expected to come first, powered by 65 kWh and 75 kWh battery packs with a range of around 450–500 km. The ICE model will debut later with a new 1.5L petrol engine and Tata’s tried-and-tested 2.0L diesel unit. Prices are likely to start around ₹22–25 lakh (ex-showroom).
