Yezdi Scrambler Design and styling updates

While Yezdi hasn’t revealed the final design yet, the new Scrambler is expected to retain its rugged, retro-inspired look. The biggest visual change will be the switch to a single-exhaust setup, similar to the Yezdi Adventure. This move not only saves weight but also gives the bike a cleaner, more purposeful stance. Expect updated colour options and minor tweaks to the bodywork to complement the mechanical upgrades.

Significant weight loss

One of the biggest talking points is the targeted weight reduction of 15–20kg. Considering the current Scrambler tips the scales at 192kg, this drop could transform the way it rides. The weight savings will come from the new exhaust system, a lighter engine, and possibly a revised frame.

Engine and performance changes

The 2025 Yezdi Scrambler will adopt the new 334cc Alpha 2 engine, already seen in models like the Jawa 350, Jawa 42 FJ, Yezdi Adventure, and Yezdi Roadster. However, insiders suggest the Scrambler could debut with further tuning to make it the quickest and most aggressive of Yezdi’s 334cc lineup. Power is likely to stay close to the current 29hp and 29Nm figures, but revised gearing and sprocket changes could sharpen acceleration.

Suspension and ride improvements

One of the main criticisms of the current Scrambler has been its harsh rear suspension. For 2025, Yezdi is expected to introduce a revised setup, and there’s speculation it may adopt a monoshock borrowed from the Yezdi Adventure. This would not only improve comfort but also contribute to the overall weight reduction.

Yezdi Scrambler Expected launch and price

The updated Yezdi Scrambler is expected to launch in India within the next two months. Prices are likely to see a small increase over the current ₹2.12 lakh (ex-showroom) starting price, given the extensive mechanical upgrades.

With its lighter build, refined suspension, and updated engine, the 2025 Yezdi Scrambler could be the most exciting version yet – aimed squarely at riders looking for an engaging, all-round fun motorcycle in the mid-capacity segment.
