Bajaj Auto has rolled out an updated version of its popular commuter bike, the Bajaj Platina 100 Fi, aiming to offer more value for riders who want reliability, great fuel economy, and everyday comfort. This new version is built with practical needs in mind, especially for daily city use, office rides, or long rural commutes. With a claimed mileage of up to 80 km per litre, the Platina 100 Fi is among the most fuel-efficient bikes currently available in India.

Bajaj Platina 100 Fi Design
The design has received small yet useful updates. The bike now features LED DRLs, a longer seat for better comfort, and alloy wheels that add a cleaner look to its overall styling. It comes with Comfortec suspension, which includes telescopic forks up front and a spring-in-spring setup at the rear—making it suitable for rough roads or daily city potholes. There’s also Combined Braking System (CBS) for improved braking control.
Bajaj Platina 100 Fi Engine
At the core is a 102cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine with fuel injection. It delivers 7.9 PS of power and 8.3 Nm of torque, paired with a 4-speed gearbox. While the numbers are modest, the engine is known for its smooth and consistent performance. It’s designed to be efficient, reliable, and low on maintenance.

In terms of pricing, the Bajaj Platina 100 Fi starts at around ₹68,000 (ex-showroom), with on-road prices varying by location. Two variants are offered – one with kick-start and another with electric start.
