Honda has officially launched the 2025 Honda Hornet 2.0 in India, targeting young buyers looking for a stylish yet practical streetfighter motorcycle. The new Hornet 2.0 comes with updated styling, modern features, and improved safety, all while offering a strong mileage figure.

Honda Hornet 2.0 Design

In terms of design, the Honda Hornet 2.0 carries forward its muscular streetfighter stance with sharp body lines, a sculpted fuel tank, and a striking LED headlamp setup. Golden USD front forks and the X-shaped LED tail light add to its premium feel. The bike is now offered in four new color options — Pearl Black, Radiant Red, Athletic Blue, and Matte Axis Grey.
Honda Hornet 2.0 Engine
Powering the bike is a 184.4cc air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that delivers 16.7PS of power and 15.7Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and now complies with the latest OBD2B emission norms. Honda has also equipped it with an assist and slipper clutch for smoother gear shifts, especially in traffic or aggressive downshifts.

Feature-wise, the 2025 Hornet 2.0 packs a 4.2-inch color TFT display with Bluetooth support. Riders can view call/SMS alerts and access turn-by-turn navigation directly on the screen. The bike also includes a USB-C charging port, dual-channel ABS, and Honda’s Selectable Torque Control for added safety.
Mileage figures are impressive too. Honda claims around 42-45 km/l, while real-world figures could go up to 50 km/l on highways.

The Honda Hornet 2.0 is priced at ₹1.56 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), with the on-road price nearing ₹1.73 lakh. With its sharp looks, new tech, and reliable engine, it continues to be a compelling choice in the 180cc segment.
